All other purchases from PRASIOFFICIAL.COM you may return within 7 days following delivery for refund to your original method of payment or 30 days for exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we receive your returned order for your refund or exchange to be processed. You are responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes on all exchanges and returns. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in with the box and certificate. A sale will be deemed final if the item is used or incomplete. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
Please note that refunds can take up to 60 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
