Prasi hopes you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 7 business days to request the return of your purchase, or 30 days to request an exchange. We do not accept exchanges or returns for special requests, as the jewelry are made to order.
You are responsible for all shipping costs on all exchanges; if you are based outside Brazil or Italy (it depends from where your purchase has been shipped) you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in with the box and certificate. A sale will be deemed final if the item is used or incomplete. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
Please note that refunds can take up to 60 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
